Dr Javvaji has hired an amazing team to assist her in addressing her patients concerns. From her awesome office manager Nadelya to Veronica and Jada at the front desk - the office is in great hands so Dr Javvaji can concentrate on her patients. My concerns are always addressed and managed with upmost care. Thank you all for taking care of us old people.

I highly recommend Dr. Javvaji's practice as she is very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. Her staff is very attentive and well informed. Nadelya is excellent. Called her for a refill on a prescription and in 2 minutes!!! (literally), I received a notification from the Pharmacy that my medicine is being filled. Nurse Andrea is excellent as well.

I’ve been with Dr. Javvaji since relocating back to Texas early in 2022 and I find her to be one of the nicest doctors I have ever had! It feels like family each time that I walk into her office to meet with her and her staff for my appointments. She is caring, personable and attentive to my concerns. She takes time with me, is thorough in her explanations and I never feel rushed! Dr. Javvaji will tell you that she truly enjoys and takes pride in what she does, and it definitely shows. I have recommended friends and family to her who have felt the same way. I am very comfortable with this practice and I hope and pray that Dr. Javvaji will be there for many more years to come!!

Each visit has been smooth and pleasant, and I always feel well cared for. The staff is also very understanding, friendly, and cooperative, which makes the whole experience even better. My last visit was not a good experience with the manager.

Dr spends time explaining why, answers questions, etc. she cares about her patient’s we’ll being.

There was minimal pre-exam paperwork and was called in by the medical assistant promptly for weighing and blood pressure check. Dr. Jaavaji came in shortly and the exam and the following discussion was very thorough. Best physician I have ever had.

She is always researching and finding a better way to care for her patience.

The doctor diagnosed my sinus / ear infection and prescribed antibiotics. She also provided information on helpful over the counter medications (including photos of what they were) that complemented the antibiotic treatment. The doctor is very nice and straightforward. I felt comfortable talking to her.

I like how Dr. Javvaji takes time to talk and listen to me when I come for a checkup.

I woke up early one day and knew there was no way I could make it in to work. I called the office and they got me in asap. Upon arriving at the office everyone was soo nice and caring. Great experience from the second we walked in! Everyone was so nice and we were treated like actual patients not like we were just another appointment they were trying to get through.

I have been seeing Dr. Javvaji for 2+ years now. I am not a geriatric patient (yet). Dr. Javvaji is a very thoughtful, caring doctor, with wonderful bedside manners. She actually listens to the patient!! The staff at PrimeMD are delightful, courteous professionals, who get things done right away. I have never had to call them twice for the same request. This is an outstanding practice! Dr Javvaji and her staff are professional and welcoming. The practice uses state-of-the-art equipment. I know I am in good hands.

Although I did not perform some tasks correctly, the results were quite revealing. Knowing your health status is a great way to go forward. Btw, this is the 2minutes exercise I now do before bed… very effective… It eliminates the urge to the bathroom at night, which gives me better and prolonged sleep. I first spoke with Natalia who is absolutely amazing in many ways. She has a great ear and genuinely cares about people and patients. She is great listener and put my concerns at ease with previous Dr experiences in my past. When I arrived at first visit everyone was so kind and professional. I got to meet Nadalia who went above and beyond to make sure my concerns would be heard her compassion for people is unlike anyone else I have met in the medical field. I met with the Dr. She was extremely patient and concerned for every issue I had. She was trying to help me determine what would be the best treatments for the issues at hand. I trust her. She is a very caring Dr. I met Andrea who did my bloodwork and my urinalysis and she was the first nurse I have had in a while that didn’t hurt when drawing blood and it was a lot shorter process than some places I have gone to. I feel this is an excellent place to receive care. I have been seeing drs for many years and with new insurance came new nurses not drs that were not a good fit for me compared to the medical care I had been receiving while with a different insurance company on Medicare. I hope this will be the last stop for me and I will be healed of a lot of the pain and other health issues I have had for many years. If you are looking for an excellent team of caregivers that put you first then give them a try. You won’t regret your decision

I started with Dr. Divya for weight management. She has meticulously diagnosed and provided a good treatment plan alongside recommending exercise and nutrition care. She is knowledgeable, honest and truly cares for her patients. She provides multiple alternatives and educates one on their pros and cons. I highly recommend her service and glad to continue with her on my journey ahead.
